The best way for us to locate your purchase is if you can find the transaction on your credit card or PayPal statement. If you used PayPal, providing your PayPal email address will help us locate the transaction quickly.
Lost Access to Your Xfer Records Email?
This form is for customers who no longer have access to the email address they used to purchase Xfer Records products. If you've lost access to your original email account (for example, if it was a work/school email that's been deactivated), you can use this form to update your account with a new email address.
You'll need an order confirmation number from any previous Xfer Records purchase to verify your identity. Once verified, we'll update your account with your new email address and send you instructions to reset your password.
